To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日開會遲食LUNCH,佬細請我同安仔到浦和食飯,點了三個定食:佬細點了特選刺身定配烏冬,賣相靚,新鮮,而且有成6片刺身5件壽司,刺身仲要厚切。加哩豬扒,大大份,安仔話超正,一試果然有水準,加哩吾辣夠甘香,豬扒吾鞋鬆脆兼有口感,下次一定番叫。我點的日式牛肉火煱,時間最耐,不個都值得,因為好好味。我地都覺得同上次食好似賣相靚左和好味左,於是我多口同經理講讚D出品好食,點之佢同我講剛剛換了師父,而且仲大有來頭,因未熟架布,所以出菜時間耐左D,話下次唔會。經理佢仲請我們食雪糕,果然識冧客。今日真開心,不用自己比$$,食到豐富的一餐,仲有雪糕食。
