Restaurant: Sun Tung Lok Chinese Cuisine

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次專業食友2月時喺度攪大局,但當時我去唔到..........所以唯有自己攪啦.........幸好有食友搵忙先可以組齊腳咋...........jul 29, 11..........9人來食dinner,食咗 : 1) 前菜 x 3 (@hk$20)-喺炸腰果,不過表面睇就油光咗些少-味道上是合格的 2) 蝦米生爆涼瓜片 x 2 (@hk$65)-涼瓜唔苦,只喺甘啫-味道惹味 3) 鹵水豬仔腳 x 2 (@hk$65)-豬仔腳夠入味,又有彈性,仲要起晒骨添,啱晒我哋呢d懶人-不過身旁嘅食友略嫌佢鹹咗些少 4) 百花脆皮乳豬 x 9 (@hk$28)-呢個喺香港比較少食肆有提供,亦喺我今次嘅主要目標之1-個皮入口脆,底下嘅脂肪層都唔弱,蝦膠部份都微彈-香口度是有的,但個人覺得味道上比較淡口 5) 鮮磨菇焗釀蟹蓋 x 5 (@hk$118)-大約每人1/2隻-蟹肉唔喺咁多,鮮味亦唔明顯,另外有鮮磨菇同洋蔥絲,但主要喺食到牛油香味-還是要繼續尋找有質素嘅蟹蓋 6) 砂窩蝦醬唐生菜 - 例1/2 (hk$162)-很大的砂煲,上枱時香氣4散-因有蝦醬嘅關係,所以很夠味-而唐生菜爽脆 7)

-帶子串味道都算豐富,因除咗有露筍增+口感外,仲有火腿條同菇絲
-但蝦球就唔多得因食到有種味,唔喺好的味道,唔識形容,食友話似是用嚟"乸"佢嘅chemicals

-呢個煲喺我哋身旁上時,好香,但帶點燶味,幸好入口1d都無事
-隻蠔好大隻,+咗粉去炸過,幸好好薄,而蠔好肥美,亦好鮮味添
-個汁亦濃味,粉絲索咗d汁都變成美食

-外形討好
-個面層酥皮質素同鮑魚酥1樣,個底喺薄曲奇餅
-但拼埋中間嘅馬蹄糕,喺質感上唔喺好夾
-反而單獨食個馬蹄糕仲好,好清甜,亦幾自然嘅馬蹄味
-友人們都均讚佢嘅馬蹄糕

13) 蛋黃麻蓉包 x 9 (@hk$11)
-見到食友之前寫嘅食評,話佢嘅麻蓉包好得
-所以好期待,因香港可以食到麻蓉包嘅地方唔多,有質素嘅就更難求
-去到呢個階段大家都好飽吓,有d食友就話打包
-我就算飽都要咬1啖先,事後凍咗番熱食就會無法知道個包第1手出籠喺咩味
-後來食友建議可以2個人分1個,留下完整的打包.........這個提議真好
-個包皮軟熟,亦唔厚,個白麻蓉餡好香,亦綿,甜度適中,個蛋黃仔都鬆,唔實,真喺好得呀~~~~
-最後剩下好多,我罕有地帶咗2個走,做明日嘅早餐........正呀~~~

-因為未有嘢上枱,就發現天花勁滴水........仲滴濕咗食友件衫........最後職員要幫我哋將張枱移開d...........食友好專業的估個天花板內嘅冷氣喉包得唔夠好
-店方就送上額外甜品作補償...........真喺令我哋飽上+飽
i) 3拼盤
-有白兔仔綿花糖,不過甜咗d
-中間喺布甸豆漿面,紅豆底,ok啦.........初時食友問底層喺咩嚟,職員第1次嘅答案喺石榴木瓜布甸,後來經我哋質疑後,佢望住個底層布甸就轉口風..........."可...能...今...晚...轉...咗...喇"
-而個tart仔d cream好有奶香

-初時我哋估呢窩送的喺咩甜品.........會否喺大家好想食嘅杏仁糊呢?
-答案喺南瓜露
-入口好自然嘅南瓜味
-亦無嘜重手+忌廉之類,所以不會"杰"到成糊

* 如果唔喺食友講,我都唔知呢對喺象牙筷子.........現在香港唔多食肆會用

* 坐咗無耐,食友就發現天花嚴重滴水.........其實1間3星酒家,出現咁嘅情況,幾難講得通

* 用恒生咭/ 任何白金visa card埋單........可以有9折,但茶$$$$同前菜除外~~~

* 多謝食友嘅參與.............咁我先可以1次過食咗心儀菜色............但原來聽食友話,佢嘅點心都唔錯.............可以嚟飲番次茶
