To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次嚟到粉嶺嘅呢一間意樂,聽聞係咁多間怡樂入面最好食嘅一間。今次嚟到嘅時間係下午茶時間,唔係咁肚餓嘅大前提下,點左一個西多士同埋意粉。粗粒花生醬厚西多士配英倫糖漿 $28首先西多士方面,我個人覺得算係高水準嘅一個西多士,因為係一塵咁厚嘅西多士,能夠炸到佢外脆內軟的確唔係咁容易。而且佢炸嘅時間剛剛好,爽快有咬口,配上牛油,花生醬加埋糖漿,就成為絕配。香草鮮野菌忌廉天使麵 $37個人覺得天使麵配白汁係一個唔錯嘅配搭,但嘅汁就比較稀,較清淡。素食者岩哂,又唔會怕食完滯。凍飲 +$3佢嘅凍檸茶既檸檬係已經事前處理咗,變成檸檬汁先沖杯,令我哋飲起上嚟時唔會因為篤檸檬嘅殘渣而阻礙到我哋飲呢一杯凍檸茶,整體感覺,都算係好唔錯。

個人覺得天使麵配白汁係一個唔錯嘅配搭,但嘅汁就比較稀,較清淡。素食者岩哂,又唔會怕食完滯。

佢嘅凍檸茶既檸檬係已經事前處理咗,變成檸檬汁先沖杯,令我哋飲起上嚟時唔會因為篤檸檬嘅殘渣而阻礙到我哋飲呢一杯凍檸茶,整體感覺,都算係好唔錯。
