To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從知道信和會員的優惠，生日月份買一送一，我與老公每年生日必會到這裡食自助餐，再加上信用卡優惠一家四口只是$900，實在是抵食！而且這裡食物選擇多，冷盤包括壽司、刺身、翡翠螺、長腳蟹、蝦、青口等，也有各式沙律，戶外有燒烤食物供選擇，甜品吧放滿了各地特式甜品，令我樣樣也想試。平時食自助餐我對熟食不感興趣，但來到這裡，我看見每樣食品也有衝動想試，而且味道也不錯，所以每年來2次這裡也不會厭。這裡的服務很好，職員有禮，換碟速度快，而且笑容友善。
