To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

選了幾款在家較少弄的小菜,瑤柱扒豆苗,貪其健康美味,豆苗嫩綠,芡汁味道適中,但似乎瑤柱中夾雜了菇類,幸好質感也算互相配合,但就少了瑤柱的香味。巨型黑椒豬手放在燙熱的鍋中,很有鑊氣,肉肥瘦適中,皮也很滑,一定要肉連皮吃才有最佳口感。這款菜比想像中少了肥膩感,可惜加入過多黑椒,有點嗆喉,也掩蓋了豬手的鮮味。另外也吃了蒸元貝,吃得太忘形而忘了拍照,農歷新年來酒樓吃飯菜牌的價錢也調高了,這也難怪,4人的晚飯連加一和每人十元茶錢,合共380,跟平日的價錢不算相差很遠。
