To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 冰室不賣冰,茶餐廳不供飯,是華星冰室的特色。只提供最簡單的通粉、多士、三文治、飲品等,不會產生太多廚余,也能更專注做好味道。  校長多士,濃濃的黑松露配上焗芝士,一上桌已經香味四溢。多士厚而鬆軟,芝士黑松露相得益彰,讓人大快朵頤。因為譚詠麟非常愛吃,所以乾脆以他為名也是店內招牌——「校長多士」。也因為譚詠麟自稱自己年年二十五歲,所以「校長多士」,年年廿五,永不加價"。  湯通粉也不錯,無論是火腿通粉、叉燒通粉還是牛肉通粉,都是軟糯美味、暖心暖胃,來一碗做早餐真是再幸福不過啦!
