To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳環境闊落，裝潢充滿泰國風格。用餐時間係星期六夜晚六點左右，可能時間仲早，我哋係第一枱客。開頭都有啲擔心間餐廳冇人食會唔會好伏，但點知愈坐愈多人，咁先放心晒。椰奶雞湯⁸⁸雞肉份量十足，肉質嫩滑。雞湯味濃郁帶點酸辣，非常惹味，唔食辣嘅朋友都可以接受到嘅辣度。雞湯有二人份量同五人份量，我哋兩個人叫咗二人份量都非常飽肚。船麵（牛）⁶⁸湯底香濃，離遠都聞到牛湯嘅香味。配料份量十足，有牛丸、鮮牛肉、肥牛。牛肉肉質鮮嫩爽口，牛味充足。而食船麵又點少得炸豬皮，豬皮炸得金黃鬆脆，浸一浸牛湯食，非常美味。船麵大大碗，咁嘅價錢相當抵食。
