To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日搵食搵到去粉嶺，試吓呢間越瀧棧先午餐非常抵食，價錢實惠，每個餐都包飲品菊花薑蜜有震震菊花嘅香甜美我就叫杯三色冰，真係有晒三隻色嘅分別係綠色既珍多、黃色既綠豆、灰色既奇亞籽，白色既椰汁係超濃味呀，非常解渴湯粉終於嚟啦叫咗個香茅豬扒拼香茅雞翼，相拼都只係需要加$6而我呢實在太鍾意食香茅雞翼，單拼就一共有四隻，雞翼炸到外皮超香脆，但雞肉依然十分嫩滑河粉一大碗，入邊仲有啲超甜既蘿蔔添價錢親民，兩個人都係食咗$116
