今天同老公去九龍城食晚飯,怎知去到,佢就話突然有事要走先,我唯有自己食,行到福佬村道,見一大招牌好搶眼,是蝦匠米線泡飯專門店,應該是間新開不久的新店,喜歡試新野的我又怎會錯過,立即入座試試!環保餐單👍價錢大眾化,又吾洗加一。首先是選湯底,我選了蝦匠湯,是每日以8斤新鮮蝦頭蝦殻和豬骨熬三小時而成,湯底濃郁,又香又鮮甜。還配有扎肉、魚片、豆卜、芽菜等配料,如果想豐富一點,還可以加自選配菜。我在蝦匠湯加了:米粉、龍蝦半隻、花膠、鮮腐竹、貢丸、魚皮餃、魚片頭。配菜都很好味,尤其是龍蝦,只需$50元就有半隻,真係好抵,龍蝦新鮮彈牙,花膠也很滑,十分美味!蝦蝦霸霸:即叫即炸,外層酥脆,中間蝦膠和蝦肉鮮味彈牙有口感。粉絲皮春捲:熱騰騰,網紋外層炸得好香脆,餡料好惹味!加8元就有冷熱飲品,加$16就有特飲。

我在蝦匠湯加了:米粉、龍蝦半隻、花膠、鮮腐竹、貢丸、魚皮餃、魚片頭。配菜都很好味,尤其是龍蝦,只需$50元就有半隻,真係好抵,龍蝦新鮮彈牙,花膠也很滑,十分美味!
