幸運地book到呢間只有11張枱嘅餐廳😂 享受一個非常難忘嘅體驗,食物味道好👍🏻 大廚 Roland 親自與每一枱嘅食客互動溝通,而且感覺到佢係真鍾意同人傾下,值得讚👍🏻我哋今次叫左個 4 course 午餐 $900pp,由頭到尾都咁好食,真係值得👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻餐廳雖然設計簡單,但係其實都唔簡單,牆上面嘅一啲圖形其實係表達食物嘅不同層次,幾得意😎影低個解釋了解下😅餐前小食大部分由芝士製作而成,右邊嗰個係好香脆嘅南瓜芝士撻,內有少少檸檬味,中間係芝士球,裏面都係芝士蓉(個人覺得比較鹹),最左邊係carbonara 巴馬火腿,全部都好好食😋橄欖油、醋麵包Tuna非常幼滑,豐滿嘅泡沫包圍着吞拿魚,下面係切碎蘆筍Dry Aged Beetroot 賣相一流嘅一道菜,紅菜頭甜甜地煙煙韌韌,好食,配合牛角包🥐個人認為可以唔使,牛角包質感比較似中式牛脷酥,唔係太match😅Linguine - Spanish red prawn🦐 (+$280)指定動作:將蝦頭嘅膏啫落去意粉度一齊食😅唔食會後悔,嚟呢度主要都係想試吓呢一個菜,一試難忘😄 真係好食到唔知點樣形容😆因為份量唔多,所以我哋兩個,一人叫一個
