朋友介紹話粵來順老細係名廚,有時睇電視都會見到陳師傅一顯廚藝,新開張當然要試試。店舖地方乾淨企理,格局同前身鉅龍相似。打開menu, 有家常小菜,海鮮,燉湯,燒味,最驚喜見到無乜地方有嘅甜品-馬蹄露,一於留肚比佢先來小食牛立方,其實係牛𦟌切粒。味道少少酸幾開胃杞子白果菜苗,清清地,湯又唔會過咸,食開淡味嘅我好buy! 不過唯一扣分嘅係白果冇去心,食起上嚟好苦,依到要改善下炸子雞,皮脆肉滑,唔似冰鮮雞。隻雞多肉唔肥,正呀期待嘅馬蹄露,可能食過澳門嘅杏香園實在太正,依個比較之下失色,但唔會死甜,其實都唔差。員工非常有禮貌,尤其有兩位相信比較senior 嘅,看來對工作非常有熱誠,有傾有講。食物質數好,清淡冇味精,最出名嘅杏汁豬肺湯會係我下次之選

期待嘅馬蹄露,可能食過澳門嘅杏香園實在太正,依個比較之下失色,但唔會死甜,其實都唔差。

員工非常有禮貌,尤其有兩位相信比較senior 嘅,看來對工作非常有熱誠,有傾有講。食物質數好,清淡冇味精,最出名嘅杏汁豬肺湯會係我下次之選
