To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去中央圖書館睇完畫展，特意到「富山麵家」打卡兼品嘗期間限定美食。期間限定的肖像是大口仔，大口仔用了大面積的朋藍色，也是我喜歡的顏色。我們的午餐：黑醬油拉麵~牛奶拉麵~，拉麵麵質爽滑，有些兒咀嚼口感，麵量也多，牛奶高湯幾特色，是可接受的，有軟豬骨、日式叉燒、紫菜及魚片，魚片印上大口仔肖像，十分可愛。特製章魚燒~魚片也有印上大口仔肖像，並插著大口仔肖像旗幟，筷子套也有大口仔肖像，小小店鋪裝潢滿滿是大口仔肖像海報和餐牌，我們用餐也沉浸在大口仔的擁抱，一個很愉悅的用餐環境，棒呀！巨峰可爾必思梳打~蜜桃可爾必思梳打~ 造型可觀和好飲，我們都很喜歡架！
