To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 周末入長洲逛,入來一定不能錯過角酪,打卡必到之處。店內有仿地鐵站的"長洲"站牆壁,打卡真的一流。今次點了個桃桃角酪,飲品少少酸甜滋味,甜度適中,有碎碎果肉,配搭其他食店小食一流。可能早入去,排隊人流不算多。我大概兩點幾入到去。店內還兩個梳化位雅座,女士們坐着一邊歎飲品,一邊聊閨蜜事宜,感覺有點置身在台灣南部地區的輕食台式飲品店,都幾愜意。值得再次回味,下次有機會會再試下其他飲品,趁人少的時候,試下坐底歎一歎,暫時把城市趕急步伐和心情放慢,享受一個輕鬆下午。
