位於Billow隔離嘅中菜廳,同樣有湖境睇,去到首先開左壺菊花茶🫖𝐴𝑃𝑃𝐸𝑇𝐼𝑍𝐸𝑅 七味脆豆腐|𝟿𝟾好似大牌檔食好惹味嗰啲椒鹽豆腐咁,估唔到喺哩啲食境嘅地方可以有咁大碟咁多舊,食極都好似仲有咁,但又真係香口到令人停唔倒手!𝐷𝐼𝑀 𝑆𝑈𝑀 𝑆𝐸𝐿𝐸𝐶𝑇𝐼𝑂𝑁 鮮蝦紅米腸|𝟽𝟾唔好睇佢個樣好colorful咁,食落同樣有驚喜,有啲似食緊有餡嘅炸兩,原來係因為腸粉皮入面包左層越南春卷皮,炸到香脆之後再包住啲又新鮮又彈牙嘅蝦肉。竹炭叉燒餐包|𝟼𝟸好耐都冇食過雪山叉燒包了,佢就係一個完美100分外脆內軟嘅叉燒包,只係加埋竹炭有趣嘅外表。.黑松露野菌餃|𝟼𝟾羽衣甘蘭色嘅透明嘅水晶皮,創新包入黑松露同滿滿嘅野菌,味道清清淡淡咁更食倒菇同黑松露嘅原味,啲XO醬好似係用for腸粉但我覺得點哩道餃食更match!
