To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一發現呢間黃店就即刻約朋友食，一埋到門口就見到好黃，收銀機前面都有文宣比人拎（lunch hour好多人，建議早少少到）拎完menu望住選擇多到有選擇困難症，諗左好耐先決定到要自選風味碗。揀左三文魚跟壽司飯+沙律菜（$88），配料要左酸蘿蔔、豆腐同香菇，另外加左三文魚子（+$10），醬汁試左蜜糖香醋汁，調味就揀左紫菜絲同木魚絲。一上枱勁大碗！食落酸酸甜甜好過癮不過就食唔晒，如果可以既話提供一個細少少既size，咁就唔怕客人浪費食物，仲可以有肚試下啲小食朋友就揀左吞拿魚跟壽司飯+沙律菜（$88），配菜要青瓜、枝豆仁同豆腐，加左隻溫泉蛋（$10），要鰹魚醬油再搭芝麻同木魚絲。唔知係咪漏左醬汁同木魚絲，食落冇咩味咁，不過朋友都話會再黎
