To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Covid以來一班朋友好耐冇聚餐，所以早幾星期前打電話订枱食雞煲。雖然當日最高氣温有35度，無阻我們食雞煲嘅決心坐低见到有小食便點了大大杯凍檸茶和檸賓、油炸鬼墨魚滑、炸午餐肉，北京小黄瓜和西多士。炸午餐肉、油炸鬼和西多士刚刚炸好，脆卜卜正呀！再來牛什雞煲🥘小辣好知味！食得七七八八牛什和雞，找店员加湯繼續打邊爐。因為掛住食，連相都唔得閒影。補返張手切肥牛補數。整體服務好，店員好细心，見朋友唔食得辣，俾碗熱水佢把食物浸浸去辣下次再來!
