見新張期有8折,就生日飯去試下,折後食咗$71116:00去到一入裝修幾特別,有個大魚缸,但地下好濕,要小心d行,大部分staff 都休息緊,以為落梗場...隨之而來嘅係 "二手煙" 味首先上咗一客昆布漬螢光魷魚,好咸,冇乜鮮甜味,吞完有苦味之後再嚟 刺身盛七點由於大部分師傅都休息梗,就由一位睇落唔多熟手嘅師傅去處理我地嘅order。點解會話唔多熟手?因為每一款食物佢都要開tablet 嚟睇,而部tablet 係由樓面同事比佢,係佢用完tablet 之後就直接切刺身,"冇洗手" ❗️可能對食物款式唔熟識,砌刺身期間,又掂下tablet,又切下刺,切好幾塊,又走好問下其他同事點整,隻蝦仲要係面前跌落唔知地定雪櫃,就拎埋個檸檬上嚟沖下水, 其中一隻蝦仲連住條蝦腸就上碟 d刺身仲要唔止一舊食到骨海膽丼D 海膽黑黑地,好勁苦澀味灸燒鵝肝壽司,算正常之後除口罩飲水,又唔洗手就處理其他客人order呢個價錢,食donki 仲開心

之後再嚟 刺身盛七點
