To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日早餐冇係屋企食，所以去左大家樂買左個外賣，最後選擇左豉油王炒麵配厚切午餐肉。之前呢個set係由豉油王炒麵轉左做炒米粉，唔知咩原因，米粉真係好硬掘掘，變左成個set都唔好食，但佢而家轉返做豉油王炒麵，一來炒麵既「淋硬度」適中，二來味道都好好炒得好入味。如果以早餐來計份量黎講，飽肚度一定滿滿。午餐肉都係非常之厚切，味道又夠濃，一啖咬落口真係非常之滿足。最後，配埋杯熱既意式咖啡，咖啡味都好香濃，非常之好。
