To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 曾幾何時，岩出來社會做野，老是會常幫襯連鎖店，到冬天，收工就會搵班FD落大家樂打邊爐，年少多好，成班FD食咩都覺得正，當年既連繫店，收費係比較正常，負擔唔算大，曾經一切多輕鬆，到左依加，去到連鎖店，食個晚餐，堅貴，同埋，差唔多咁上下價錢不如食其他好過，但兩個人，又無女，求其罷啦。環境:連鎖快餐店特色密密麻麻格同位。食物:美國穀飼牛·丹麥豚肉鍋，配六色菜盤·烏冬，$60，加$10有兩杯飲品，豬骨濃湯底，唔濃既，美國穀飼牛·丹麥豚肉鍋，份量唔多，不過大塊，味道不果不失咁，牛點都好食過豚，菜盤係蕃茄、生菜、雲茸、粟米、菇及油豆腐等，每樣少少咁，普普通通味道，但平平地又一餐兩條友不停吹水無人趕走都抵返呀。
