疫情後又回到大排檔集中地 ,荃灣三坡坊。由於娘娘明天要帶飯,所以點多了 ...先來一個不能帶飯的“粟米斑塊”,斑塊新鮮,但炸漿普通,不夠脆口,粟米汁還可,不會死甜。最簡單的這個“韭菜豬紅”,香辣、惹味,韭菜難得鮮嫩,不會成口渣。“蒜芯炒腩肉”,不錯,蒜芯一樣嫩口,不會有渣,這個菜送啤酒一流。最後,大排檔考牌菜,“星洲炒米”,火喉十足,米粉條條分明,咖哩汁不是奶螢光那種,也起碼有正常的咖哩香味,配料新鮮、豐富,是一個專業水準的星洲米!
