好耐無試過大時大節出去同朋友慶祝! (話哂自己都已成人妻) 今年得老公恩准我同姊妹食好野慶祝!咁緊係要同大家SHARE啦呢間餐廳既聖誕節SET DINNER! 唔太貴之餘都好多選擇先嚟個牛肝菌忌廉湯, 第一啖飲落去, 滑到條利都感覺到個暖流, 要做到呢個適中嘅濃度並非易事. 而菌味控制亦好小心, 唔會濃到口乾, 飲到好開胃然後食物方面打頭陣嘅有帶子薄片. 貪心嘅朋友可能會嫌佢薄, 但薄薄一片令到成個口包含住果種鮮味嘅感覺真係好神奇, 而且咬落去嘅口感同爽脆嘅露荀相映成趣, 簡直係絕配!再黎有意式焗紙包鱈魚,個樣係靚!食落魚肉好滑,仲好鮮味,湯汁更是爆鮮甜,食到我地一致都讚好主菜之一嘅炭燒美國頂級肉眼, 嚟緊果時已經聞到炭燒香味, 簡直係忍唔住要咬一啖先! 至於口感方面, 肉身好軟, 同時亦保留到肉汁, 而且本身肉味唔錯, 真係好食材配合好功夫嘅典範之後仲有呢味牛肝菌意大利飯, 份量適中, 唔會太”漏”. 飯方面煮得好軟身, 配合汁帶出CREAMY感覺, 又唔痴牙, 係我印象中食過比較好嘅RISOTTO.同姊妹吹水點少得叫杯COCKTAIL? 呢杯SEX ON THE BEACH好夠VO
