To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於銅鑼灣的富豪香港酒店在聖誕節期間，已經換上聖誕裝飾大堂有大大棵聖誕樹旁邊又有巨型聖誕卡充滿聖誕氣氛入面的御花園咖啡室亦同樣加了聖誕裝飾平日的晚餐有半自助餐，介乎$400左右這次純粹吃晚餐不包自助餐的預先訂了座，所以不用等待事前餐廳亦會來電確認出席富豪牛肉漢堡 - $198果然是酒店，餐具及擺碟很有氣派左邊的薯條和茄汁中間有酸瓜及沙津右邊的就是牛肉漢堡薯條非常好吃，炸得非常脆口，帶點鹹味茄汁太多，有點浪費酸瓜有點太多，只好一口酸瓜一口漢堡的吃，一般是一起吃的奇怪的是沙津非常鹹，失去沙津應有的清新牛肉漢堡內有兩條煙肉、芝士、生菜、洋蔥及兩塊牛肉漢堡煙肉煎得很脆香，邊位有點帶焦牛肉漢堡煎得恰到好處，拿上手還會滴下肉汁，十分JUICY牛味亦同樣濃郁整個漢堡非常巨大，無法一口咬下，只好分兩層吃餐刀不夠鋒利，無法把它切件，最好可以上碟前一分為二

茄汁太多，有點浪費
酸瓜有點太多，只好一口酸瓜一口漢堡的吃，一般是一起吃的
