假期千辛萬苦入到大澳🚇🚌,今期必食推介👍係「沙翁」,不停新鮮出爐,即炸即賣🔥,買咗即食😋😋。個個客人都不厭其煩地排隊等出爐,目的只為呢個新鮮熱辣嘅沙翁。估唔到呢款於7⃣️0⃣️、8⃣️0⃣️年代紅極一時嘅小食 ,可以係大澳懷舊一番。只係用麵粉、雞蛋🥚、水💧、砂糖四種簡單材料,就可做出一個金黃香脆、外鬆內軟嘅沙翁。炸嘅時間同技巧亦好講究,呢個沙翁攞上手💁‍♀️💁🏼好輕盈,又完全無油膩感,食咗都唔會有罪惡感😂。
