To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從疫情之後就好少出街食飯，但係排骨麵嘅味一直麵冇變過。今次我叫咗「菜膽雲吞排骨麵」，估唔到咁耐冇食，啲份量然係咁多。啲牛腩入味之餘又唔會散修入咁，同脂肪嘅香味融合得恰到好處。份量都好多，一份麵麵有4大舊牛腩。然後，佢嘅炸排骨口感嚟講都炸得鬆脆，入面舊豬排都夠晒彈牙又唔會好硬，不過我就略厭咸咗少少，一路食食吓麵要飲多兩啖水先得。最後我覺得個韮菜餃都係正常發揮，咬入去都好多汁，好味！我一個女仔嚟講係多到食唔晒，下次再試吓其他嘢食啦。
