天氣終於涼返少少😍,好舒服,秋風氣爽就梗係要打邊爐啦!我同朋友見喺Openrice訂位「大笪地花膠雞」,有得以$99試半隻花膠雞湯底🐔,所以就去咗。星期六嘅晚上果然熱鬧👏,好彩訂咗位。環境唔錯,裝修行麻甩大笪地風,實則乾淨企理。餐廳用上大圓木枱、黃橙櫈、黑白地磚同街市燈罩,別具特色!另外,餐廳冷氣勁凍,都好嘅,打邊爐滾下滾下就熱。我哋叫咗一個鍋底同五款配料🥢,全部都高質。我同朋友表明心跡,其實我對雞同花膠興趣都不太大,因為要噒骨🙈。幸好我和盤托出,原來大家諗法一樣🤣,所以我哋叫咗另一款特色湯底:胡椒蘿蔔牛腩鍋($138)。特式湯底貴啲要一百蚊起,但另外亦有較平嘅選擇!湯底超正的,胡椒味濃郁,但未會搶喉,冬天飲的話一定勁保暖😌。可能無豬骨或者雞嘅關係,就算食到尾段,湯底亦無一層層嘅肥油,抵讚。胡椒湯無論淨飲定用嚟打邊爐索汁都無得輸,點解可以咁正㗎🤤?湯底勁足料,就如名稱所屬,有蘿蔔同牛腩。留意番份量係非常多,根據我哋嘅非正式統計,🐮牛腩條有成18條,勁誇張😳,仲要每條都大大條,個樣勁靚。牛腩位置可能係坑腩,唔會有太多肥筋,肉質亦唔韌。蘿蔔都好入味,不過唔可以滾太耐,因為會粉碎。爽脆牛胸爽

爽脆牛胸爽($128),之前見人介紹話好食,我哋又試下,印象中無食過牛嘅呢個部位。賣相唔吸引🙊,白色部份佔咗塊肉嘅八成位置,無乜紅肉,就咁睇會以為係肥膏。

美國肥牛($78),原本想嗌手切安格斯牛肉,但價錢貴一倍都唔止,所以都係轉戰肥牛。餐廳算係咁,無刻意只賣幾百蚊碟嘅貴牛,反而比多個價廉物美嘅選擇客人😊。

總括嚟講,雖然餐廳名物係花膠雞,但我食嘅胡椒蘿蔔牛腩鍋同樣出色,啱哂牛魔王😈,下次再嚟我毫無懸念地會再嗌呢款。打邊爐最重要嘅嘢佢都做得好好,就係湯底惹味同配料新鮮,收費亦合理。店員們服務都唔錯,友善、有禮貌,叫加湯時好快應機。🍲大笪地值得推介🌟!
