Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大細超,仲要唔係好大

食物嘛,一般啦.則魚涌市政大廈/街市的華記白粥,加了腐竹先$4碗,勁好味.呢間說是魚湯底,相當碎料啦. 當晚十時許去到,店內人不多,我跟朋友兩個相坐靠近收銀的卡位,女侍應說卡位不能坐,因為留了位,因間有四個人來,心有不忿,因為成間鋪好多位,不過算啦,見唔會坐好耐,後來一直無人來...直至一位平頭裝肥佬走進來, 侍應馬上安排佢坐卡位,那人不是董伯,而是陳果.我馬上"車車"聲啦.大細超,你話留位俾董伯就話唶,陳果喎,使唔使咁大細超,仲要開壺茶俾佢(全餐廳其他人無架喎)點解佢有特權呢?點解話有四個人呢?侍應們可唔可以文明D以客為先呢?唔順氣,以後不再光顧!
