醬醋骨攦粉,廿蚊。都要等一陣,賣相唔係特別吸引,起筷,食過至真。成世人其實最怕食瀨粉,因為筷子夾唔穩,彈濕自己塊面最多用紙巾,彈到隔離人家就好無癮,所以次次食瀨粉,食食下都用匙羮,食到全枱轉晒人,我都仲食緊。攦粉就唔會咁,幾有米味,彈牙無過腍。骨有四舊,舊舊都瘦,你可以話佢略韌,又可以話佢有口感(我話:瘦呢,就係咁。)。味道冇咩驚喜,稍甜而略欠醋味,因為我忍唔住將佢同我阿媽整o既鎮江骨比,算佢不幸。除咗骨外,仲有生菜同菇做陪襯。湯底比d骨整到甜甜地,我ok,但阿媽唔慣,佢話早知叫佢分開比。試埋炸鯪魚球,剛炸起,熱到辣口,幾彈牙,附蜆蚧一小碟,都ok。仲叫蘿蔔、芋頭、桂花糕,每件四皮。諗唔到,阿姐拎嚟,鹹還鹹一碟,甜o既分開嚟。喜見蘿蔔絲又多又大條,粉相對少比,啱我哋,如果少d胡椒粉會仲啱口味;芋頭粒多,硬硬地;桂花糕香甜,也ok。不過有d奇,糕同碟都熱熱地,但係糕面唔油膩,唔通番叮嚟?
