To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日終於到K11 大都烤鴨食個 late lunch ,2:00pm 入座，無訂位，都幾多人，幸好有張sofa位，職員招呼幾好，環境衛生，座位舒適，叫左個二人餐食，個set 都幾好，其他來這裡主要想食下啲鴨係咪真係咁正，款式都幾多選擇，味道不錯，個二人餐，都算幾多嘢食，份量剛剛好，其實都好飽，兩個女仔未必食得晒，我最鍾意就係鴨絲羹，味道幾特別，好似食緊碗仔翅，呢個二人餐298，連埋加一茶錢埋單價350左右，下次會試其他菜式
