To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大阪名物「大阪章魚燒」最近喺元気壽司都有得食啦！其實係香港想搵到有質素好食的「章魚燒」好似一點都唔容易啦！所以次次去日本都會不停食😂估唔到元氣壽司都有「大阪章魚燒」食。膽粗粗叫左一客黎試。從外表看起來跟平常見的差不多。外皮粉醬有點脆口，上面的燒汁沙拉醬份量都剛剛好，還有紫菜碎，一入口的時候，入面超熱的，應該是即叫即燒的，入面包左幾粒有點彈牙的章魚肉粒，整體來說感覺唔錯架！如果想食章魚燒，可以黎元氣壽司一解章魚燒口癮！
