早排去筲箕灣搵食,友人提議我試下位於寶文街海峰中心地下嘅「新光燒鵝餐室」,據說店裡的燒味,水準唔錯,尤其是燒鵝,不但皮薄肉嫩,而且肉汁豐盈,深受一眾街坊歡迎。不過由於當日夾唔到時間,所以未有到訪。後來聽朋友講,原來餐廳喺天后同灣仔都有分店,取名「棋哥」。咦,呢個名有聽過喎,據說這間燒鵝食店,人氣極旺,門外經常有食客大排長龍。趁這天剛好要來天后交收,辦完事後,就順道過嚟外賣兩個燒味飯盒回家,同小鬼兩個撐檯腳。餐廳門口貼有外賣燒味和燒味飯價目表,定價一目了然,由最平嘅單拼燒味飯 $48,到最貴嘅原隻燒鵝脾飯 $103。飯可免費轉瀨粉或米粉,配老火靚湯則需另加 $8,配咖啡或茶加 $5,凍飲就加 $8 。點了棋哥燒鵝飯 ($53)  同棋哥叉燒飯各一。燒鵝飯會附送酸梅醬,打開飯盒,燒鵝賣相不俗,鵝皮略帶油光,外皮燒得均勻,既脆口又薄身,酥香不韌,帶迷人煙燻焦香,而且熟度掌握得剛好,鵝肉多汁,肉嫩不攝牙,絕對有名店水準。菜心新鮮爽甜,配飯食可減低油膩感。至於棋哥叉燒飯 ($48)  方面,叉燒燶邊位雖然唔多,不過擺放得都幾整齊,厚切大件;而且醃料不會過鹹,肉質嫩滑,咬落具彈性,叉燒汁分量亦剛好

至於棋哥叉燒飯 ($48)  方面,叉燒燶邊位雖然唔多,不過擺放得都幾整齊,厚切大件;而且醃料不會過鹹,肉質嫩滑,咬落具彈性,叉燒汁分量亦剛好,唯一係稍嫌肥叉部份偏油膩。下次要嚟堂食,試下店裡的燒腩仔同乳豬,水準如何。
