To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天后站清湯腩，除了清湯腩的選擇菜單🍜🍜紫菜三寶丸河粉（$53） 🥬芥蘭（$21）發現咗間唔錯嘅小店，專賣清湯腩，真係俾我驚喜連連！首先試咗佢哋嘅紫菜三寶丸河粉（$53）一碗色香味俱全嘅河粉，裡面有紫菜、魚丸同蝦丸，樣樣都新鮮。河粉滑滑地，配合清湯，飲落去真係好舒服，唔會太油膩，反而令人感覺輕盈。湯底清而不淡，恰到好處，完全可以引出每一樣材料嘅鮮味，真係令人一口接一口！再講講芥蘭（$21）呢個配菜雖然簡單，但味道卻唔簡單！芥蘭保持住咗原本嘅鮮脆感，口感非常好，搭配清湯腩一齊食，真係好有層次感。多咗啲青菜，食落去更加健康整體而言，呢間小店嘅清湯腩真係值得推介！價錢合理，味道又好，無論係一個人靜靜享受，定係約埋朋友一齊都非常適合。下次再嚟，我一定要試下佢哋其他菜式，期待有更多美味發現！
