天后金輪天地餐廳立林,今日同屋企人一齊去左位於8樓的「On The Spot Cafe Bar Restaurant 」食晚餐。餐廳裝潢以灰色為主調,環境燈光昏暗,而且設有彩色吧枱,型格得黎又有格調,另外餐廳採用落地玻璃,可以欣賞到室外美麗的夜景。Set Dinner 南瓜湯配餐包濃郁的南瓜香氣,口感不稀不稠,南瓜味道香甜。餐包用上紫薯製作,啖啖紫薯味。法式雞卷擺盤吸引,法式雞卷有3件,雞卷肉質非常嫩滑,一點都不柴口,食落有肉汁,再配上蘋果白甘旬泥、焦糖漬櫻桃蘿蔔、羽衣甘藍蘋果沙律、炸鼠尾草、迷你甘筍,配菜一樣做得非常出色。烤牛里脊肉(6安士)烤牛里脊肉點了5成熟,烤得剛剛好,肉質柔軟鮮嫩,配搭芝士焗新薯,酸忌廉、法蔥、燒汁,口感豐富。麵包布丁上層是香脆的麵包,下層是軟綿綿的布甸,而且不會太甜。Tiramisu 頂層灑上厚厚一層Tiramisu 朱古力粉,入面加了啫喱,口感層次豐富,香滑濃郁,咖啡味突出。
