今晚放工約了朋友去天后這間居酒屋食晚餐,餐廳主打串燒及和牛,當然不少得多款清酒、梅酒等飲品,附近的白領放工落去飲返杯。先點了兩杯飲品,柚子酒味道清新,酒味未算太濃;芒果烏龍熊茶很可愛,女士打卡之選,烏龍茶及芒果味平均,亦都不會太甜。蟹將軍薯仔沙律有超多脆卜卜的蟹子,薯仔青瓜爽口又飽肚。之後點了幾款串燒。羊架燒至七成熟,因為近脂肪位,所以羊騷味會比較突出,羊肉亦較有咬口。豬頸肉比較爽口,豬味濃郁。白鱔燒至外皮焦脆,鱔肉有彈性且鮮。菠蘿帶點微酸,亦帶點焦香。雞肉釀冬菇裏面有些軟骨,所以有咬口,冬菇很juicy。豆腐燒至皮脆,裏面嫩滑。和牛三文治有海膽及黑松露,A4和牛燒至三成熟,所以中間還是粉紅色,看到和牛的白色脂肪,和牛有咬口,脂肪感都重,三文治烘至香脆,海膽鮮甜。食飽離開的時候都是7:30,已經全場爆滿,門口還有些應該無訂位的客人等位中。
