Newly Opened at the original site of CHURA Okinawan Japanese Cuisine is a new replacement and venture by the same En Group called 八吉 (Yakichi) - its a collaboration with a Tokyo based, licensed fish market auction specialist and restaurant group, importing in daily fresh and rare fishes straight from Tsukiji Market daily.

Fishes and Seafood can mostly be eaten raw if you order them by the whole piece, or else be cooked to any desired method whether it be braised, fried or deep fried or naturally raw. If you opt to rather explore a few more Speciality Seasonal Fishes the better option is to order the Sashimi Assortment Platter which comes with either 4 or 6 fishes. Some rare to find fish are included in the larger Sashimi Set.

Other food that can be ordered include the Spicy Fish Cake from 島根県 (赤てん), and just like in some En Group restaurants they also serve 蒸籠蒸し items here such as Wagyu and the famous Okinawan Agu Pork, or perhaps a 氷見 Udon from 富山県 served either chilled or warm might give you the boost of carbohydrate required.

- Wasabi is freshly grated on 鮫皮.
- Two types of sauces are available for use on Sashimi.

- Staff is similar to Chura before, but the service is not faultless. After the initial お出花, subsequent refills carried a long interval between servings.
- Knife work on the Sashimi by the young Japanese Chef is not perfect, some pieces were not cleanly executed at the bottom.
- Sushi Nigiri's done by a local HK Chef seem rather odd looking rather than artisanal, probably not of high enough quality to complement the high quality and freshness of the Tsukiji Imported fishes. These areas need a bit of work done in terms of quality assurance and training.
