To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係客戶荔枝角辦公室嘅DAY 2覓食，尋日食咗一間非常出色嘅咖喱牛排骨，今日真正體驗到天堂與地獄嘅分別。今日去左長沙灣廣場地下轉角位嘅翠豪園茶餐廳，見佢哋門口寫住馳名咖喱牛腩，就入去試試。今日佢哋午餐MENU有咖喱薯仔滑雞，就試呢個，午餐配個羅宋湯。羅宋湯感覺似中式番茄紅蘿蔔湯，淡淡冇咩味，最似樣就係個顏色，唔似羅宋湯應有嘅味道。咖喱薯仔滑雞，咖喱偏黃，椰漿落得太多，比例失恆，冇辣味，冇咖喱應有嘅香濃味道，每一啖都好似食椰漿撈飯，同尋日相比真係差得太遠喇，雞肉係用雞脾位，雖然係滑但係淡而冇味。失望嘅一餐，希望聽日可以搵到其他好食店啦。希望在明天嘛！
