To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天寒地凍,最好就是約埋三五知己去打邊爐。餐廳佈置好懷舊,音樂就播住八十年代英美流行曲,不過聲音較大。我們選了波士套餐,侍應先送上一些小食醫下肚,包括有椒鹽燒賣,脆皮午餐肉同鹽酥雞,個人覺得鹽酥雞最好食,細細粒又易入口。跟住就送上麻辣雞煲了,我們點了微辣,辣度剛剛好,辛好點了微辣,如果是小辣我怕我們頂唔住。雞很嫩滑,配菜有大腸同豬皮,很是惹味。食完之後就送上火鍋了,我們點了招牌濃郁沙爹湯底,味好濃,但又唔會太杰,很適合打邊爐。介紹下我們點左咩火鍋料先:-- 手切穀飼牛板腱:相對瘦且沒有太濃的牛肉味道。- 手切極品封門柳:也是瘦肉,但牛肉味道比較濃郁。- 手切安格斯牛肩肉:我個人推薦這款牛肉,有一點點肥肉,非常香而且有牛肉的風味。- 西班牙黑毛豬肉:這種肉脂肪比較多,雖然味道很香,但我個人不太喜歡。- 手包雲吞、手包水餃、手包韮菜餃和手包魚皮餃:全部都很大顆,料也很足,絕對物超所值。- 鱸魚片:沒有太多味道,可以不點。此外,我們還點了以下特色飲品:- 巨峰乳酸梳打- 青蘋果梳打- 白桃梳打我覺得最好喝是白桃梳打,搭配火鍋絕對是一絕,清涼解渴。由於是120分鐘的無限任食,我們一共點了三輪才滿

我覺得最好喝是白桃梳打,搭配火鍋絕對是一絕,清涼解渴。由於是120分鐘的無限任食,我們一共點了三輪才滿足🤭,最後當然少不了一碗沙爹牛肉麵作為結尾。大約在最後15分鐘左右,侍應會自動送上仙草芋圓糖水,但我覺得芋圓稍微太淋了,唔太啱我。最後大家都很享受今餐,我朋友還笑說可以幾日唔使食野🤭。
