相約朋友聚餐，選了The Continental。裝修之後，還是頭一次來光顧，之前weekend都喜歡到這裏來一頓午餐或下午茶，主要是環境舒適，服務好，食物也中上，而且地點好、夠方便，就在太古廣場4樓，又是太古旗下的食肆，品質有一定的保證。今日一行8人叫了8份午餐，以HKD300多元來說，在中環區已很實惠。頭盆、主菜及甜品，每項有3款選擇提供，我叫了sea bass tartare，pork belly 同埋柚子奶凍。sea bass tartare，清新味美，對這個炎炎夏日來說，最為適合。主菜的pork belly也十分美味，非常juicy，調味也恰到好處，不會吃完老是口渴，甜品方面，奶凍微酸，中和了之前pork belly的油膩。但The Continental最出色的還是它的春鷄，可惜不在lunch menu之上，下次再來享用吧！
