今日約咗朋友喺太古城,諗住飲茶或者食中菜,所以揀咗呢一間上海菜中菜廳,見啲評論都唔錯,仲曾經係米芝蓮,咁就試吓呢間啦!由於係中午關係,呢度有提供午市套餐,價錢嚟講百幾蚊,喺太古城我覺得都算幾合理!不過見到啲評論咁好,一場嚟到就試吓佢啲上海菜,今次嗌咗幾個小菜,分別係一啲前菜,包括麻辣牛肚、素鵝、黑叉燒,仲叫咗小籠包,同蟹粉麵!熱甜品就嗌咗一個綠豆糕!同朋友傾咗一陣,之前菜首先嚟到!首先講吓個麻辣牛肚,整體都唔錯,用金錢肚比較掛汁,配埋啲麻辣醬汁,都幾開胃!而且份量都唔少!之後就係黑叉燒,有別於廣東嘅叉燒嘅做法,叉燒比較硬身,但係佢用薄切嘅方法,感覺上有少少煙燻嘅味道,幾得意!不過我當然鍾意食傳統嘅廣東叉燒多啲🤪!跟住不得不讚就係素鵝,呢個真係幾好食,係我食過咁耐以來嘅數我嘅第一位!佢係脆脆地,熱辣辣!下次一定要再encore呢個!之後就到小籠包,見到佢係招牌菜,個小籠包皮好薄,而且裏面啲肉汁都好豐富,配埋醋真係冇得頂!另外個蟹粉麵終於到咗,反而冇乜特別驚喜!正正常常!下次可以留quota食第二樣嘢!本來唔諗住食甜品,但係個部長強烈介紹,呢個綠豆糕係好似食雪糕蛋糕咁,比較硬身,而且有啲c
