Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天晚上和家人在太古城北京樓晚膳,此店口碑一向不錯,所以一早已訂了4人枱,我們早了抵達,但店內已坐滿客人,等了半小時才安排入座,我們點了招牌菜北京片皮鴨、翡翠帶子、賽螃蟹和茶樹菇翡翠苗,北京片皮鴨烤得皮脆肉香,色澤紅潤,鴨身脹卜卜,皮下脂肪完全融化,鴨皮鬆脆,每片皮肉比例3:7,油香豐富,又不覺肥膩,不愧為鎮店之寳,價錢$380,較金鐘太古廣埸的北京樓,平了$120,西蘭花帶子賣相不錯,帶子新鮮肉厚,炒得不過火,恰到好處,賽螃蟹味道可口,蛋白炒得非常嫩滑,茶樹菇翡翠苗的配搭勝在食材新鮮,不單夠清淡,味道亦不俗,甜品高力豆沙香蕉球,上枱時脹卜卜,炸至金黄色,味道鬆軟可口,由於有七五折信用咭優惠,人均消費$200,享受了一頓豐富可口的晚餐。
