To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

阿媽病了，要吃粥，於是拺了這間。粥雖然綿，但很咸，豬潤粥，勉強吃了。泥鯭粥咸到卑，頂唔順，叫伙記加些沒味的白粥，但仍很咸。不落味精，卻落加倍多的鹽，一樣難食。這個時候，想有杯水飲下，但那麽貴的粥店，水都無杯。那些伙記阿嬸，太盡責了，時常check住我們有沒有叫野食，叫少Ｄ，又問幾次還有沒有，還有沒有，很煩。貼錢買難受。之後，我們很快埋單，去了吃雲吞麵。
