:30太太生日特選此餐廳,因為多次用膳不論午/晚餐,水準都十分穩定,以此米子蓮一星餐廳與普通餐廳此較,價錢十分合理.我本人祇點了三道菜另安排太太選了Tasting Menu.我的頭盤是" Hokkaido Sea Scallop Carpacci" ($220) : "日本帶子", 鮮帶子混合松露的香味,帶子上面放上" Slow-Cooked Egg" 百試不厭.湯是 "Tuscany Seafood Soup" ($168): "海鮮湯" 湯底是蕃茄湯底,配上帶子,蜆和蝦.海鮮不老身,有鮮味,湯又夠熱,有蕃茄味又有海鮮鮮味十分可口.主菜是" Melting in Your Mounth Scottish Salmon" ($348): 慢煑三文魚, 用 Manila Clams, fregula, Peruvian Chili and Lime, 蜆紅椒香味,肉身很滑,生熟度控制適中,三文魚入口溶化,很滑,有魚鮮味.三道菜份量十足,我都自認大食,都十分勉強才能全部食下.下次選2道菜都足夠了,難得就是全部好味.太太食的是Tasting Menu ($880 +10%), 有4道菜+甜品

整晚餐從7:30pm 至9:30pm 都十分享受,此晚餐十分滿足.
