終於都到星期五,今個禮拜實在太多嘢做,朋友話要帶我去食高級日式料理慰勞下我,跟住就帶咗我去太子嘅雲壽司。舖頭裝修乾淨別緻,大部分係壽司師傅前面嘅吧枱位置,可以望住壽司新鮮端上,再放入口,視覺同味覺雙重享受!特上壽司拼盤 ($268)總共有10款廚師精選時令壽司,店員有介紹話食材係每日由日本空運到港,今日既拼盤就有白身魚、赤身魚、蝦、赤貝同軍艦壽司,用料新鮮又講究。個人超鍾意海膽軍艦,海膽鮮甜,紫菜脆口!三文魚籽鹹香十足,又鮮又甘!北海丼($208)吞拿魚腩、油甘魚、赤貝、牡丹蝦、海膽、三文魚同三文魚籽,每款刺身都非常新鮮,尤其是呑拿魚同三文魚腩,油香十足!雲壽司嘅Omakase價格都算親民,有三個價格選擇,豐儉由人。餐廳都幾旺,連日本人都黎食,聽住隔離枱講日文真係倍添風味!
