To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尋晚第一次去呢間無肉食,整體上都算唔錯,仲有好多特色野食~不過就太早唔出野食,我地8點去食,拎咗2轉野食之後出面已經無咩野食,亦都無再Refill. (當時未到9點),搞到好多款野食都無食過,只能眼白白睇住人地食。其實野食方面係好食嘅,沙律方面仲有雜豆、雜錦小堅果,同埋少有嘅藜麥,不過青瓜略為擺得太耐有D出水,仲有蘋果沙律、涼粉等等選擇,醬汁都夠齊備,唔錯。炸野款式比較多,有春卷、沙翁仔、蛋散、炸雲吞,仲有七味粉豆腐同扮炸魷魚鬚。個炸魷魚鬚其實食唔出係咩,反而炸豆腐入面夠Juicy, 而春卷入面芋頭蓉都比較多,炸雲吞入面餡料似係人手包嘅,有紅蘿蔔絲雲耳絲等等都足料,炸野都算好食。之後第2轉拎咗開胃小食,最推介麻辣雲耳同蓮藕,中小辣左右但辣得幾過癒。之後仲拎左個湯,係椰子紅蘿蔔湯,味道夠清甜。另外仲有壽司仔,有D似炸軟款蟹壽司嘅味道,好可惜一出之後畀人拎咗好多,之後就無再出過。第3轉開始已經無咩野食,發現好入味嘅厚切花菇,入晒味好有新年嘅感覺。節瓜甫個芡太厚。仲試咗個唔知係咖哩定葡汁蔬菜,唔辣但都夠香。之後已經無再出過野食,仲開始執野收爐了。 好彩見到佢出哈蜜瓜,大家個個排晒隊一夾就夾咗

第3轉開始已經無咩野食,發現好入味嘅厚切花菇,入晒味好有新年嘅感覺。節瓜甫個芡太厚。仲試咗個唔知係咖哩定葡汁蔬菜,唔辣但都夠香。之後已經無再出過野食,仲開始執野收爐了。 好彩見到佢出哈蜜瓜,大家個個排晒隊一夾就夾咗好多舊,好快清晒。

最後試左個蕃薯糖水同紅豆沙都唔錯,蕃薯糖水個薑都幾重味。最後五花茶都足料,菊花夠香唔甜,而紅茶隻味都幾複雜同特別,值得一試。

整體野食大部分都合格,但座位冷氣夠大,而且食物太快無Refill, 只能見住人地食自己又無得食。唯有下次再早D黎,再試下其他菜啦~
