To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太湖開咗咁多年生意都係一如既往嘅好就比較睇得出人地嘅嘢係真係好嘢喇!畢竟可以經得起時間嘅考驗嘅嘢唔多!今次來係飯市,所以等咗差唔多10分鐘。龍蝦伊麵,龍蝦都算大隻,肉唔會老,d湯汁好鮮甜,不過伊麵仲真係麻麻地吖,竟然有d癡埋一齊,一d都唔爽口。石斑清蒸,原汁原味,石斑好靚,魚肉好鮮甜,一d魚腥都冇。粉絲蒸扇貝,好經典嘅食法,扇貝大隻,蒸出來嘅粉絲好有味,一咬就滿滿一啖貝肉好滿足吖!魚肉炒飯,好鐘意食吖,魚肉好好好滑嫩,唔會腥,d飯仲卑雞蛋包著,炒出來粒粒分明,不過分量足夠咯,食得唔夠喉吖!不過真係好味。
