To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因生日朋友共5人來此慶祝,客人入到去地方環境已感到很焗束感,侍應招呼也不太親切,且行B例,5人同吃飯還要分兩枱坐呃呢!我們早已預訂了八宝鴨一隻,它除了賣相差外,鴨上菜吃時覺得已不夠熱,八宝鴨腹內材料處理十分差勁,一点吃八宝鴨的滋味也欠奉,腹中材料吃來像糊蓉,口感很差,鴨也炆不香也不稔,味道完全欠缺八宝鴨應有的特色味道。合桃燻蛋做得也不出色,合桃不脆外,燻蛋燻香味也不足且生熟度掌握不好,見仍有生蛋白夾在蛋黄旁,相比早年尖沙咀一品香做的,差之遠矣! 另外炒鱔鰗也普通也偏咸,那火腿方夾子只得夠粗大可言,腿肉厚而不滑口也不算香,以其價錢實不值得吃! 醉鴿勉強但鴿肉也不鮮,其他的小菜也不值提,價錢與質素不相稱就是了。朋友們都說不會再去!
