To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

失望的開年飯

上星期公司開年飯，有同事就提議去葵芳劇院旁邊嘅翠園，這個位置之前係另一家酒樓，水準亦唔錯，今次轉了翠園，有同事就提議去試下。由於係開年飯嘅熱門中午時段，出面都排滿人龍，好彩我哋有預先訂枱！我們點了一般嘅點心， 及叉燒、燒鵝及一些午市炒點……點心上枱賣相唔錯，但味道一般！芋角一啲都唔脆清炒菜苗面圖係凍的涼瓜牛肉炒米粉亦有點失望， 米粉唔夠乾身最離譜就係我們點了的燒味遲遲未到，最後我哋追單才通知我哋這天沒貨了講真呢間酒樓價錢不算便宜，今次經驗算是十分失望了……
