To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚諗住食韓國菜,見附近有這間餐廳,就是一下。嗌咗三樣都好正路嘅食物,包括溫泉蛋·牛肉·珍珠飯、韓式泡菜海鮮炒年糕、海鮮香蔥煎餅。諗住正正常常冇咩機會出錯,點知三樣餸裏面有兩樣都唔係好滿意。第一個就係石頭鍋飯,外賣都預咗佢冇飯焦,呢個都可以接受,但圖文不符,原來張圖上面有埋菠菜芽菜同泡菜,點知一打開只係得牛肉,一堆蔥粒,同蘿蔔粒,睇返以前啲食評,原來都有人經歷同我一樣嘅嘢。似乎真係偷工減料喎。而醬汁唔係傳統嘅韓式辣醬,而係啲酸甜醬,簡單來講所有飯盒裏面嘅嘢都冇味包括有牛肉。要靠撈汁先至加咗啲味。牛肉比較多肥膏,唔係好食得落口。另外就係海鮮香蔥煎餅,個盒仔大,點知裏面打開好細,而且個餅好厚身。我印象中煎餅唔係應該薄薄嘅咩⋯⋯又唔脆,裏面好濕,好多粉團,而且都冇乜味道。又去靠點汁。最覺得接受到就係韓式泡菜海鮮炒年糕,泡菜同海鮮嘅份量都算多。味道都算係最正常嘅。總括嚟講價錢佢唔算好平,性價比好低,即使想食韓國嘢,都唔會推介。
