To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

奇異遭遇

連鎖店壽司既食物, 其實無咩好講, 質素基本上無太大改變, 定價已經反映了一切, 元氣已經係咁多間之中”物有所值”的了, 留意: 係”物有所值”! 唔係”最好”, 收你咁既價錢, 算交足功課有突. 否則點會次次都有咁多人排隊!?但我的遭遇是奇異的, 就係叫啤酒問題, 每次晚上幫襯, 總會叫啤酒, 但每次都要落兩次單先到, 懷疑啤酒唔同食物, 係唔落單, 直接由聽ORDER既侍應取出拿吸客人, 所以, 只要其他人一叫該侍應, 該侍應便容易忙記. 總之, 不吐不快, 尤其是坐最入的坐位, 侍應永不會自動走過來, 而十多分鐘內又唔好意思再催, 卒之次次都係成廿分鐘後先有啤酒飲, 激死!
