加咗人工,數目可觀。又升埋職。真係超開心,所以搵咗家姐出嚟食飯慶祝。好耐冇食日本菜,上綱搵搵銅鑼灣有咩好介紹。見渣甸坊有間食日本菜,環境好似唔錯,而且食評都唔錯。試試佢先。上到餐廳,環境非常好,坐位舒適,職員有禮。而且好清淨。其實去到都唔係太識點菜。職員話可以由廚師發版。職員問我地大概每位銀碼。有冇什麼唔食的。就可以了。為咗唔想有選擇困難証發作。就決定由廚師發版。(其實之前睇過其他食評,知道大概每位價錢)最後我決定食豪d。叫廚師安排每位大概$1,200~1,500左右都冇問題。最後廚師安排咗以下食物。同大家分享吓前菜三小碟從前漬蛋黃醬伴蕃茄~蕃茄好新鮮高野豆腐~好特別,因為係比較寶嘅豆腐。豆腐裡面充滿清甜嘅湯,再配上一塊靚靚甘荀花。三色刺身水八瓜魚~爽甜,鮮味濃赤蝦 ~ 蝦肉鮮甜,肉質彈牙。蝦頭炸脆了。好香。連穀都食埋鯛魚~大大片,新鮮鱧清湯~魚肉滑而且新鮮壽師8款,先嚟4款車海老又名花竹蝦~橙色嘅蝦肉,而且好大隻。海鰻~大大條鮫鰈~肉質比較寶帶子~好大隻嘅帶子,厚肉左口魚邊~魚油超勁,愛上它了燒物燒雞頭肉配柚子芥辣~雞肉好滑好淋。味道極好。如配上柚子芥辣,有另一種味道水雲,面係山 芋
