To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺銅鑼灣行街又到食飯時間,於是便去時代廣場揾食,見到呢間門口排著很多人等候入去,於是我又一齊排。等了十分鐘後便到我們,坐低睇睇餐牌有幾種唔同類型的午餐,我叫了一個炸豬扒湯烏冬和黑松露雜菌芝士薄餅。豬扒的脆漿做到薄而不厚,而豬扒也不鞋口還有肉汁,入口外脆內軟好味,但碗烏冬就麻麻地,因為烏冬完全唔彈牙淋淋地沒有趙口很一般,好彩豬扒和烏冬是分碟上的。另外薄餅一上枱,我們兩個都哇了一聲,實在太大了,薄餅烤到皮薄而脆口,一入口有濃郁的黑松露味,配上大量芝士煙韌有嚼口,真係好味到不得了,跟餐還有沙律和湯選擇,亦都有一杯餐飲,可以話平靚正。
